Getting Involved

Partnership Opportunities

There are approximately 200,000 Rohingya refugees in Penang, Malaysia, where Breathe Life works.

The numbers alone reveal a unique opportunity for corporate social responsibility initiatives to “give back” to one of the world’s most resilient and overlooked communities. By supporting and educating the next generation of workers toward success, your organization can be the positive difference that strengthens society for generations to come.

The value of your dollars and your time can not be understated, as Breathe Life nurtures young moms and children through the most delicate and impactful years of life.

Our efforts and services enable organizations to participate in the empowerment of more than 200 families, and this is only the beginning. Only your support and investment will tell how many more can be reached.

Volunteer Opportunities!

Doula and Midwives

The Rohingya population in Penang number roughly 200,000. The need for medical care, especially in the first 1000 days of life, can always use more helpers! Both students and practitioners are welcome!

Layperson Volunteers

Each of our First Thousand Days classes requires the participation of a volunteer from any background with English literacy to explain and distribute written materials. Classes happen on a weekly basis for about 1 hour.
